Face Neck lift, platysmaplasty, & lower eyelid CO2 laser
Karen sought my help with rejuvenating her appearance after beating a serious illness.
Having gained some weight and aged facially during treatment, she wanted to turn a page on that chapter and start a new one. Her face had squared little and she wanted to focus on the lower facial third and neck. We decided to undertake a face and neck lift and platysmaplasty and I suggested also under eyelid CO2 laser. This is her story.
One Day

Karen did great yesterday. We can already she the shape of her face has transformed.
A little recovery and healing to go but I think she is going to have a beautiful outcome when fully healed.

One Week
After Surgery
A week later and Karen is back for removal of stitches, a little bruised in the jowl from liposculpture and ligament dissection, these are fading now.
Another week and she should be fine to face the world again with a slimmer more defined, attractive face.
Four Weeks

Now a month out from surgery and Karen comes for review looking gorgeous.
Her new hair extensions have radically changed her appearance and she looks a decade younger. Mildly swollen now everything is settling down to a beautiful result which should refine further as the next few weeks pass. Incisions are healing well and her scars should be invisible at next review

One Year
After Surgery
Almost year out of surgery and Karen is back in clinic for some maintenance treatments.
She looks absolutely fantastic – a refreshed and better version of herself. I am so happy for her and so pleased she trusted me to help her start a new chapter. She has been a real joy to look after.
Two Years
After Surgery
More than 2 years after her surgery, Rebecca took these photos of Karen as she visited our Harley Street clinic for maintenance treatments.
Although shot from a different camera without standard lighting, Karen’s beautifully contoured face is showing no signs of ageing. She looks stunning!
