The outcome of any facelift is both technical and artistic. Given the same procedures, instruments and techniques no two surgeons will consistently achieve the same outcomes. The surgeon’s own innate artistry will always shine through and define the result.

Our fee structure is listed below, there are no hidden costs. All surgery is performed under IV sedation with a consultant anaesthetist. Prices are inclusive of IV sedation and anaesthesia, facility fees and overnight nursed stay in our private Care Quality commission registered private hospital. We purposefully limit the number of surgeries we do in a week to ensure each patient has our fully focused best.

Signature lift - Deep Plane Extended Face & Necklift £

Dominic was the only non-American invited to the expert panel in facelift surgery at the American Academy of Facial Plastic Surgery, where it was unanimously agreed that the debate is over. The deep plane facelift is the correct technique for the best outcomes in facial rejuvenation surgery. Most surgeons still perform SMAS procedures that rely on tension on the muscle layer, some surgeons offer “deep plane” procedures that still rely on tension, which in time lead to early failures or deformity of tension.

A true deep plane extended facelift needs to be tensionless even on the muscle layer, it is a complete release and passive reposition of descended facial soft tissues. To achieve this safely takes complete familiarity with the anatomy of the face which can only be achieved with focus, experience and a genuine passion.

Signature ‘Lite' - Deep Plane extended facelift

Whilst the name suggests this is a mini lift – mini scars, mini downtime but also mini results and longevity – it is not! it is still Dominic’s Signature deep plane procedure yielding his sought after results but for those patients who are seeking an improvement in the jowl area and mid face contour only. Whilst there are significant improvements in the neck, the central neck is not as comprehensively addressed as would be in a Signature lift. This procedure is for younger patients between 40 and 50 who are starting to see early signs of facial aging and would like a preventative procedure to hold back the descent of facial sagging and jowls.

Deep Neck Reduction Necklift

In younger patients or those who have always had a fuller neck, a necklift and superficial liposuction won’t achieve a beautiful neckline. In time, the overgrown of descended deeper structures will blunt the neckline again.

The cause of fullness is deeper and requires meticulous contouring and sculpting of glandular, muscle and fatty tissue to literally create the desired neckline. This is all performed through just a 2 cm incision under the chin. The changes to the foundation of the neck are permanent and do not fall as they would if just the superficial muscle layer was tightened over them as in a conventional necklift.

Lateral Browlift

A youthful brow position is essential with any facial rejuvenation procedure. As we age the tail of the brow descends causing upper eyelid hooding. For a fully balanced facial rejuvenation in most patients the brow needs lifting at its tail to seamlessly integrate into the new contours of the lower facial third and neck. This is achieved through hairline incisions as needed.

Hooded upper eyelid skin is one of the first signs of facial ageing and makes people look tired. In some cases it might affect field of vision. Using incisions hidden in each eyelid crease the skin excess is meticulously removed to leave the eyes beautifully and naturally refreshed.

Lower Blepharoplasty

The ageing lower eyelid leads to bags, dark circles and skin crepiness. Using no external scars these can be treated with fat pad transposition or removal and the hollows filled with transferred fat. The C02 laser is then used to contract any residual skin wrinkling.

Add-on procedures

Buccal Fat Reduction

£5,000

Within the deeper compartment of the cheek sits the buccal fat pad. In younger patients this leads to a bottom heavy “chipmunk” facial appearance. Reduction of this fat can be easily performed under local anaesthesia through the mouth. In more aged faces descent of facial soft tissue can accentuate the buccal fat and appear as a pseudo jowl. For this reason Dominic includes buccal fat reduction if necessary with all facelifts.

Lip Lift

The upper lip lengthens as we age covering the upper teeth. Fillers in an elongated upper lip accentuate this. In some patients a lip lift is recommended with facelift surgery to restore impeccable beautifully balanced proportion.

Earlobe Repair or Reduction

£2,500

As we age the earlobes become saggy and hang. Years of earring use can contribute and pull through the bottom of the lobe. Earlobe reduction is essential in some cases to create natural balance in a newly rejuvenated face and neck.

CO2 Laser Resurfacing

£5,000

Ideal for sun damaged and wrinkled skin, CO2 laser resurfaces and contracts skin and stimulates growth of healthy new collagen to improve skin thickness and quality, leading to a refreshed and more youthful complexion. We tailor the areas treated and the patients goals and whilst recovering from facelift surgery it is an excellent time to combine facial skin resurfacing.
