Jacqueline (52)
Face Neck lift, platysmaplasty, lateral browlift, upper blepharoplasty, & liposculpture
Jacqueline sought my advice about her neck. In her youth, maxillofacial surgical work had left an asymmetric jawline and premature neck skin laxity.
After a failed mini-lift to improve this she searched meticulously for a surgeon who would be able to definitively help her. Jacqueline had a naturally defined structural neck contour that was being obscured by soft tissue laxity. I was excited about what I could achieve for her and we agreed to perform a face and neck lift, platysmaplasty, lateral brow lift and upper blepharoplasty. This is her story.
One Day
After Surgery
Jacqueline’s surgery was technically interesting yesterday.
After deep ligament release, her bony structural deficit was filled with SMAS rotation flaps. She is surprisingly unswollen today considering and is feeling fine but has a little healing to do!

One Week
After Surgery
A week really is a long time in facelift healing. just 7 days after fairly large surgery Jacqueline is healing beautifully.
Eyelid and face stitches are now removed and her swelling is on its way down. She is shaping up for a really lovely result.
Four Weeks
After Surgery
At the month mark, Jacqueline without make up is well on her way.
Her incisions are healing beautifully and her sculpted neck and jawlines are defined and smooth. Her asymmetry is improved too, she is delighted and so am I. Really looking forward to seeing her again at 3 months.
Three Months
After Surgery
12 weeks following surgery, Jacqueline is back to see me to make sure all is healed.
She looks gorgeous! The volume in her midface creates youth and the lower third and neck definition is beautiful. Her new found confidence is wonderful to see and her husband who has been with her every step of the way can see his girl is back. Cases like Jacqueline’s are why I love my work and my patients.
